The advanced manufacturing facility is constructed on a lush green site. Acquired in 2017, manufacturing started in Jan., 2019. The site has manufacturing units. The facility is situated on a total land area of 6287 m2 . The site has gardens are interspaced between buildings to maintain the ecology of the site.
